Big Amazing Toad in the Hole

I'm certain there are no rules against plagiarism in cookery, so Jamie Oliver won't mind that I've adapted and de-poncified his recipe, to make it quicker and easier to make because you won't have to go to Borough Markey to find obscure herbs.

You'll need:
6 nice sausages
2 oz plain flour
1/4 pt milk
2 eggs
bit of salt
olive oil

Find a really cool baking tin like the one in the photo, I think it is a loaf/cake tin. Put the oven on full power, and fill the bottom of the tray with a generous amount of oil and put it in the oven until it is really hot, then put the sausages in and let them cook for about 15 mins.

Meanwhile, make the batter. Put the flour, eggs, milk and salt in a blender and let rip and carry on doing it every few minutes or so while the sausages are doing to get it nice and aerated.

Once the sausages have been cooking for 15 mins pour the batter mix over and let it all cook for 15 mins.

The batter will go really big and bring the sausages to the top. Eat with gravy and mash, YUM!

They're bigger, they're better. The bowls are back!
